Providing a rich set of information sources of modern quality and diversity to serve academic education and continue to support educational and research needs at the local, Arab and international levels by collecting, organizing and arranging information containers and facilitating their availability and access to them for use.

Objectives:
• Providing the appropriate environment for educational and research activities.
• Provide comprehensive and balanced sets of traditional and digital information sources associated with educational and research programs in college.
• Providing library services of various kinds in parallel with the needs and aspirations of the beneficiaries.
• Raising the information awareness of learners from the reality of educational materials and advanced teaching aids.
• Rehabilitation and training of library workers on developments to provide technological services.
• Supporting communication and developing relations and cooperation with other information institutions at the local, regional and international levels for cultural and knowledge exchange.
